I am the Founder and Director of H&H Recruitment Solutions LTD with 8 + years' experience in building long-lasting professional working relationships. I take great pride on the levels of service that H&H Recruitment provide.

I created H&H Recruitment up in 2023 after working in the recruitment sector for 5 years and have never looked back since. When I set H&H Recruitment up the plan was for me to do it on my own, but there was someone who said I want to do this with you, it was my wife Victoria Mee. This was just the start of a family run and owned Recruitment Agency.

Interesting fact! We are called H&H Recruitment Solutions as this is the first initial of our daughter and son, Harmony and Harrison.

As Co-Founder of H&H Recruitment Solutions, I’m passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. With a strong belief that the right hire can transform both a business and a career, I take pride in building long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and results.

Over the years, I’ve helped shape H&H Recruitment Solutions into a company known for its genuine, people-first approach — where understanding our clients and candidates goes far beyond just matching skills to job titles.

Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to two beautiful kids who keep me on my toes, and two equally energetic (and slightly wild) cockapoos who make sure there’s never a dull moment at home.

With nearly two decades of experience in the industrial and logistics sector, Darren has been driving operational excellence since 2006.

Starting his career in recruitment, he developed a deep understanding of workforce solutions and talent management, which laid the foundation for his success in leadership roles.

Today, as Director of Operations, Darren combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional results for clients and teams alike.
